Real Estate Photography
Clients commissioning real-estate photography receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the supplied images solely for the advertising and marketing of the specific property photographed.
This license applies only to the individual or company commissioning the photography and remains valid while that client is actively marketing the property. The license automatically terminates when the property is sold, rented, withdrawn from the market, or when the client's involvement with the property ends.
Images may not be transferred, sold, sublicensed, supplied to or reused by another agent, brokerage, landlord, property manager, management company or other third party without a separate license or prior written permission from Paul Mileman.
Publication of photographs on StreetEasy, Zillow, RentHop, an MLS, social media, brokerage websites or any other website or platform does not transfer copyright or grant any third party permission to download, copy, reproduce or reuse those photographs.
Other Photography & Published Work
Publication or previous publication of a photograph—including in a book, magazine, newspaper, website, exhibition, social media, advertising or other publication—does not place the photograph in the public domain or constitute permission for its reproduction or reuse.
Unless separately licensed or permitted by law, photographs may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified or used for commercial, promotional, editorial or other purposes without prior written permission or an appropriate license from Paul Mileman.
Unauthorized Use
Any reproduction, publication, distribution or other use outside the scope of an applicable license is unauthorized and may constitute copyright infringement. Paul Mileman reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable copyright law.
